Is there a good alternative?

Is there? Revu 2018 is driving me a bit crazy. Before I spring for 2020, thought I'd ask if anyone has moved on. I've tried PDF XChange (though admittedly not for a while), Drawboard, and I even have access to Acrobat. But the one thing I keep going back to Bluebeam for is the measurement tools. Anything else have that, especially the ability to calibrate on the drawing rather than manually entering a scale (Acrobat's issue).
