Does ArcGIS 10 run on Windows 7 Home premium?

Edit: when I say ArcGIS 10, I'm talking about the latest version ArcGIS Desktop 10.7
I'm interested in trying ArcGIS 10 for learning, but have Windows 7 Home premium installed.
According to the system specifications page from they support "Windows 7 Ultimate, Professional, and Enterprise (32 bit and 64 bit [EM64T])".
This seems to suggest that Windows 7 home premium won't run ArcGIS 10 but I'd like to ask here to know if anyone succeeded doing it or if I'm misinterpreting something here.
Thanks
